But ...I will miss your regular patch updates Craig. But hey circumstances are always changing through life.<br /><br />You are right in what you say. Local patch birding is definitely the most rewarding type of birding. Ive done the twitching and chasing thing, but to be honest its not for me these days.<br /><br />There is nothing more rewarding than finding your own birds. Just look at last year...you had Smew and Whooper Swan.
